1. Acceptance of Terms

• Be using the platform solely for personal purposes, without representing third parties or acting as an intermediary for other bettors.

Each user may hold only one active account on the 770bet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or device is prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

The 770bet reserves the right to refuse the registration of any user without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, inconsistent information, or prior violations of these terms.

3. Account Management

The user is solely responsible for the security and use of their account on the 770bet. 4. Betting Rules

The minimum bet amount on the 770bet is BRL 1.00. Maximum limits per bet vary depending on the sport, event, and the user's VIP Program level. Users at higher program tiers have expanded limits. The main betting rules that apply to all events are:

• Once confirmed and accepted by the platform, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except in cases where the cash out feature is available and active for that market;
• Bets placed after an event has started are considered invalid and the staked amount is refunded, except in live betting markets, where bets are accepted in real time during the event;
• If an event is canceled, postponed, or interrupted before its conclusion, bets on unresolved markets are voided and the staked amount is refunded in full;

• The 770bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from users who display a consistent pattern of behavior associated with arbitrage or odds error exploitation.

Live betting at 770bet are available for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire), and other sports covered by the platform. Live odds are updated automatically and may be briefly suspended during periods of high score volatility.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The 770bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (available for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions participating in the SPB system).

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The weekly cashback available at each tier (ranging from 3% to 18%) is calculated on net losses from the previous week and credited every Monday with no additional rollover, available for immediate withdrawal via Pix or for new bets.

7. Casino & Games

The casino section of the 770bet includes slots, live casino games with real dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games available in the platform's active catalog. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed live from studios operated by licensed providers.

Live casino games are streamed in real time by third-party providers. The 770bet is not responsible for technical failures in broadcast studios or for dealer decisions that result in documented technical issues. In the event of a confirmed technical failure during a live round, all bets for the affected round are voided and the wagered amount is refunded.

13. Account Closure
